1A. Scope Across Current and Future Apps; No Cross-App Data Sharing
This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future applications, websites, APIs, dashboards, and digital services operated by Devisoft Motion under the QuantiDev brand and related domains/subdomains. Each app is independently built and operated. User accounts, uploaded files, generated content, and business data are not shared across different apps by default. Data is processed only within the app for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to disclose it or you provide explicit consent for a specific transfer.
1B. Hosting, Storage, Database Providers and Processing Locations
To provide and secure our Services, we use infrastructure partners acting as processors/sub-processors under contractual data protection terms: - Hetzner (European Union): application hosting and infrastructure services. - Cloudflare R2: object storage for files such as images, videos, and media assets uploaded or generated in an app. - Supabase: managed PostgreSQL database and related operational services (such as backups and service logs, where enabled). We configure services to use European regions where available. If a provider performs limited support, telemetry, or operational processing outside the EEA, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses) and apply appropriate safeguards under GDPR.
